Devops Engineer
We are looking for talented and passionate engineers to help us build our devops team. Job Purpose Responsible for the design, development, implementation, operations, and support of highly available hybrid cloud environments. Provides stable infrastructure for applications and repeatable processes through automation of provisioning, deployment, and proactive monitoring activities. They will perform systems management and integration functions, as well as work closely with Project teams to understand deliverables. We are looking for talented and passionate engineers to help us.

Responsibilities
- Lead efforts in automation and continuous deployment of our applications and services
- Monitor applications for issues and delve further into problems as necessary to determine root cause
- Work towards continually delivering high quality releases
- Configure and manage production, demo, and QA environments
- Document and ensure proper procedures are being followed when releasing new code to production
- Co-ordinate with many departments to ensure smooth releases and quick turn around on problems encountered by customers
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Proficiently script in at least 1 or more scripting languages
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing AWS infrastructure
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with technical operations and software development
- Solid understanding/experience of containerization services such as Docker
- Working knowledge of open source tools such as Sensu, InfluxDB, Grafana, Logstash, Elasticsearch
- Solid understanding/experience of web services, databases and relating infrastructure/architectures
- Solid understanding of backup/restore best practices
- Ability to manage using a preferred scripting language
- Solid understanding of SAN principles
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
- Experience supporting an enterprise-level SaaS environment
- Security Experience a plus
